All shipments include tracking information. Três Shades packages ship by USPS MAIL. 

 

You will automatically receive a confirmation email or text message once your order is placed. After your order is processed you will receive another email or text. This will include your tracking information for your package. Please refer to the USPS tracking feature for package updates. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to update in the USPS system. 

 

To certify the delivery of your package, please be sure to enter your address and required information correctly.

Allow 5-7 days for shipping after your order is processed. Shipping is calculated automatically.

 

Três Shades does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered. If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it; you must contact us within 10 days.We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note: Claims can take up to 30 days to complete.
